With the challenge rapidly approaching the end I have been focusing on my core poses. The strength I have been building in my back, shoulders and hamstrings are really starting to pay off in these poses. Where I once struggled, I am now finding it easier. There is still about 3 weeks left in the challenge, which is just a good way to track progress and keep motivated. I plan on continuing my contortion journey well beyond the intended 100 days!
