On day 5 I started the day with a nice run with Chico dog, that's why he's just chillen. I then reviewed all the moves I did on Day 1- Day 3. I am focusing on middle splits, side over splits, foot to head and beyond in pigeon, "yogini" (not sure of the name off the pole), scorpion (So sorry for the spelling error in the video I meant"Scorpions") Which not only is my spelling not perfect but the move itself needs work. I also need to work on grabbing my foot directly behind my head rather than coming in from the side and rotating my shoulder, that goes for all entries.
Middle splits are showing some improvements.
My upper back is surprising me everyday with it's new found stretching abilities.
Also my left side over split went really well for my first time!
I'm excited to keep pushing forward!
