Even before my pregnancy I made it a point to eat the purest of foods, and workout at least 4 hours a week. When I got pregnant I was able to workout normally for the first couple of weeks but then morning sickness, or really all day sickness, hit me hard and I started to slow down. I still worked out at least 4 hours a week but the intensity of my workouts definitely decreased. I have yet to return to my normal workouts and have only been doing light stretches and 2 mile walks everyday. At 6 weeks postpartum, I will ease my way back into acrobatic fitness.
