Week 5, I focused an equal amount on strength and flexibility. I have missed the pole, and now that I am teaching more classes I can actually get back in the studio and play. One thing I have noticed is that flexibility is really hard to achieve when your muscles are completely activated trying to hold you up in a pose. This challenge is what I live for, trying to combine strength and flexibility is the hardest thing I have ever done and it takes time and dedication!!
