Of course I had to seriously turn down my training regimen, but for the most part I continued my flexibility routine from flexibility.purifiedlifestyle.com and did light aerial acrobatics all 9 months. Before getting pregnant I would train 3 hours or more per session, 4-5 times per week. During pregnancy I only trained for a maximum 1 hour and made sure that I could talk throughout my workout. If I started to breath to heavily or if my heart felt like it was beating to hard, I slowed it way down.
I do not recommend you start aerial acrobatics while pregnant. But if you have been doing it for years and you feel comfortable then go for it! Baby girl has been super healthy and growing right on track all throughout, this was also due to my extremely healthy diet.
